In order for us to get to know each other better, and to arrive at a plan of action to best suit your needs, we have an initial consultation which involves a set nominal fee. Whether we accomplish our goals in one hour or four hours ~ the fee remains the same. My goal is always to help you arrive at a list of priorities first ~ and then we can decide together how we want to proceed from there. An adjusted hourly rate is charged for follow-up consultations for color consulting, extra faux finishing sample boards, and furniture and accessory placement (“staging your space”).
Faux Finishes are priced by the square foot and charged according to the complexity of the finish, as well as the architectural elements involved. We have more than 250 sample boards to choose from, and we can always create more samples that are specifically designed for your project until we arrive at your perfect finish. Once we have accomplished that goal, we will set our contract start date with a 1/3 booking deposit. The remaining balance is due upon completion.
Color Consulting involves you and I working together to choose which colors work best for your space by defining the feeling you want to achieve for your room, what colors fit your personal “energy” needs and what colors compliment your surroundings best. An hourly fee is charged for this service.
Staging your Space ~ also known as setting your furniture and accessories by using what you have ~ is a fun way to “change things up a bit” and give your room a fresh new look!! It is often times the end product of our other projects, however; it is also available to you independently from our other services offered. We charge an hourly rate for this service and have found it’s not only great fun to do, but is also a money saving way to redesign your home without purchasing anything at all!!
